Adam Fowler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in decarbonisation and community engagement within the transport sector. Currently serving as the Senior Decarbonisation Management Officer for Hull City Council, Adam leads strategic initiatives focused on transitioning to electric vehicles and zero-emission fleet operations. With a long-standing involvement in various community and environmental organizations, including roles as a member of the Trinity Panel and Company Secretary for the City of Hull & Humber Environment Forum, Adam has significantly contributed to urban regeneration and local heritage projects.
