Paul Wright is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technology and project management, currently serving as the Technology Vendor Manager at Arco since December 2015. In this role, responsibilities include managing approximately 100 technology vendors, ensuring service delivery aligns with business expectations. Prior to Arco, Paul Wright held several positions at Hull City Council, including Solutions Project Manager, where management of infrastructure and security projects with budgets up to £2M was a key focus. Additional earlier roles include Senior Infrastructure & Security Officer, IT Operations Officer, Payroll Officer, and Benefits Assessor, each contributing to a comprehensive understanding of ICT infrastructure, project oversight, and customer service. Paul Wright holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information and Communication Technology from the University of Lincoln and an ONC, BTEC National Certificate in Public Administration from Hull College.

Hull City Council

Hull City Council is the unitary authority for the city of Kingston upon Hull and is bordered by the East Riding of Yorkshire.
