Steve Moffat

Steve Moffat has over two decades of experience at Hull City Council, currently serving as a Business Relationship Manager while also leading projects in Records Management and Corporate Systems. Responsibilities include the enhancement of document storage processes and system tools, as well as application support for service desk developments. Previous roles at Hull City Council include Principal Officer for Strategic Infrastructure, overseeing new technology integrations. Prior to their current role, Moffat worked as a Centre Manager at Refurbit and held various positions at Hull ITeC, including Trainer and Team Manager. Early in their career, Steve was a freelance studio engineer at BBC Radio Humberside, and worked as an RF engineer at Radphone and an assistant observer at Horizon Exploration. Moffat holds multiple qualifications in Electrical, Electronic, and Telecommunications Engineering from Hull College.
