Lana Iklodi serves as the President of Key Background Screening since September 2018, providing tailored employment background screening solutions for various industries. In addition, Lana holds the position of Vice President at Hull House Real Recovery, starting in August 2023, and is a member of the Board of Directors for the nonprofit organization. Previously, Lana worked as a Client Engagement Manager at Staffing Solutions Enterprises from May 2022 to March 2023 and held roles including Operations Manager/Sales and Operations Support Specialist at SafeGuard Background Screening/The Revenue Group and The Revenue Group, respectively, between 2009 and 2018. Lana's career began as a Business Office Manager at Shear Excitement from 2007 to 2008. Education includes studies at Youngstown State University and The University of Akron.

Our Mission: To provide Accountability, Connection and Love in order for our communities to rise above eating disorders and addictions. Our Vision: People of all ages, colors, genders, socioeconomic levels and backgrounds can access the peer support services they need to find lasting recovery from eating disorders and addictions. Hull House Real Recovery reflects the growth and evolution of The Hull Institute as an organization. Hull House Real Recovery (HHRR) is a 501(3)(c) not-for-profit organization that provides peer support services to anyone struggling with an eating disorder and/or addiction. HHRR’s trained staff of peer supporters offer guidance, support and hope through our virtual and in person one-on-one and group peer support sessions.
