Thomas Hugues

Thomas Hugues is an experienced professional with a robust background in commercial strategy, digital transformation, and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Commercial Strategy Lead at Hullbot since September 2022, Thomas previously held multiple roles at 5B from April 2017 to June 2022, including Program Director for Digital Transformation, Chief Operating Officer, and Production Manager, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and innovative digital solutions. Prior experience at Airbus Helicopters (2014-2016) involved managing industry and manufacturing supply chain improvement projects and leading avionics innovation initiatives. Thomas co-founded SAS Smartio, a Medtech company specializing in medical electronic devices, where Thomas served as CEO and CTO from July 2006 to September 2013. Thomas holds an Engineer's degree in Industrial Engineering from Ecole des Mines d'Alès, completed in 2004.
