Petra van Benten

Petra van Benten is an experienced professional in the fields of therapy and coaching. Currently serving as Hoofd behandeling at Domingo House since April 2020 and as Hoofd Therapie & Coaching at Hulphond Nederland since September 2012, Petra also contributed as a bestuurslid for Animal Assisted Intervention International from 2016 to December 2021. Previous roles include Behandelingsspecialist AAT at GGNet from 2006 to August 2013 and Senior gezinsvoogd at JJG from 1996 to 2006, along with experience as a groepsleidster at Pluryn in 1995-1996. Education includes a bachelor's degree in Maatschappelijk werk en dienstverlening from Saxion University of Applied Sciences and post-HBO qualifications in gezinsvoogdij & voogdij werk from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. Additional training includes various certifications in specialized fields from institutions such as RINO Groep, DogVision, and Parre & Deden.
