Wim Minten

Wim Minten has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in emergency response and programming. Since January 2020, Minten has worked as a volunteer ambulance and firefighter with Hulpverleningszone Zuid-West Limburg. In April 2024, Minten began a role as a welding robot programmer at WERKHUIZEN JACOBS, specializing in Valk welding and DTPS programming. Additionally, Minten has been a B-Fast volunteer with the Federal Public Service Health, Food Chain Safety and Environment since October 2023. Prior work experience includes significant roles at Bosal from December 2006 to April 2024, where responsibilities included First Line Support, team leadership, and programming laser and robotic welding systems, alongside various welding techniques. Earlier employment includes a position as an interior builder at Schrijnwerkerij Mentens in 2006. Minten's education includes studies at TIHH-Hasselt from 1999 to 2006, and ongoing training at PLOT - Provincie Limburg Opleiding en Training, focusing on firefighting certification. Additional qualifications include a certification as a company emergency responder from Healtium.
