Katie Wagnon

Katie Wagnon has extensive experience in operations and management roles. Katie currently holds the position of Senior Director of Operations at Hult International Business School, starting in 2022. Previously, from 2016 to 2021, they worked as the Senior Director of Recruitment and Visa Operations at EF English First, where they oversaw a team of 37 staff across five countries and achieved record-breaking teacher arrival rates in China.
