Patrick Lynch

Patrick Lynch PhD has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Patrick is currently working as a Professor and AI Faculty Lead at Hult International Business School, where they focus on AI, marketing, analytics, and leadership. Prior to this, they worked at Vessment as a Partner, utilizing business intelligence tools to assess performance and make informed decisions. Patrick also had a role as a Partner at thinkrategy, a strategy management company, where they helped clients meet their strategic goals. Patrick Lynch Phd has also worked at Thunderbird School of Global Management as a Clinical Associate Professor and Senior Director of Research and Innovation. Additionally, they have experience as a Director of Leadership Development at Thunderbird Executive Education. Before that, they held the position of Vice President of Business Operations at Wolters Kluwer Health. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Principal Consultant at North Star Leadership Group and as a Senior Manager and Research Fellow at Accenture, where they contributed innovative solutions in strategy, leadership, technology, and consumer behavior.

Patrick Lynch earned their PhD in Organizational Behavior and Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Delaware in the years 1994 to 1998. Patrick is also currently enrolled in the LEAP Entrepreneurship Program, starting in 2023.
