Sarah Crothers

Sarah Crothers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in career development and coaching. Currently serving as a Career Development Advisor at Hult International Business School since August 2022, Sarah is also the Coach and Founder of Sunflower Coaching Ltd. since November 2020. Previous roles include Global Academy Business Manager at London Early Years Foundation from September 2021 to January 2022, Learning and Development Advisor at Fieldfisher, and a significant tenure at Deloitte from September 2015 to April 2020 as Early Careers Development Manager and Learning and Development Advisor. Sarah has also engaged in youth strategy development during a role at the National Citizen Service and has early experience in hospitality and human resources. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) (Hons) in Business from Oxford Brookes University.
