Andrew Chong

Andrew Chong is an experienced Business Analyst currently with Humach, where responsibilities include supporting and managing the Contact Center and Client Business Intelligence and Analytics platform, as well as evaluating business processes and implementing solutions. Prior to this role, Andrew held various positions at Dell, including Senior Advisor of Business Operations, where resource and capacity planning for multiple regions were managed. Andrew also served as Director of Workforce Management at Alorica, overseeing strategy and operations for a significant workforce across North America and Latin America. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Sitel, Conrad Investments, and Dell, where Andrew focused on operational management and process improvement. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Central Florida.
