Jared Baswell

Jared Baswell has worked in various IT roles. Jared began their career in 2013 as a Renewable Energy Technician with Baker Renewable Energy, followed by a role as a Crew Leader / Spray Technician with Weed Man USA in 2013-2014. In 2016, they worked as a Computer Science Tutor at UNC Pembroke before joining Carolina Outreach, LLC as a System and Network Assistant from 2017 to 2020. Jared then worked as an Information Technology Support Staff at ncgCARE from 2020 to 2021 before joining Humacyte in 2021 as an Information Technology Support Specialist. In July 2022, they were promoted to IT Support Specialist II at Humacyte.

Jared Baswell attended Central Carolina Community College from 2010 to 2012, where they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Sustainable Technology. Jared later pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke from 2014 to 2016.
