Leo Garcia has worked for four companies throughout their career. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Social Networking Intern for Divorce Nation.net, where their duties included creating videos, posting content, and driving traffic to the website. From 2017 to 2022, they worked for Human Bees and Neozene, Inc. in various roles, including Director of Recruiting, Recruiting Manager, Lead Technical Recruiter, and Technical Recruiter. In 2022, they joined Golden Hive, a Human Bees Company, as their Talent Director.
