Rita Waara

Rita Waara has been working in the Human Resources field for over 20 years. Rita began their career in 1996 as a Human Resources Manager at Bloomingdale's. In 2011, they moved to Balance Staffing, where they held the roles of Human Resources Generalist, Technical Recruiter, and Office Supervisor. In 2014, they were promoted to Assistant Human Resources Manager at Balance Staffing Company. In 2019, they joined Human Bees as a Human Resources Manager, and was later promoted to Senior Human Resources Manager.

Rita Waara attended California State University- East Bay, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Rita then went on to receive an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Evergreen Valley College.
