Ahmad AlGhahaity is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and organizational performance improvement. Currently serving as Portfolio Manager and Senior Expert at the Human Capability Development Program since October 2021, Ahmad previously held various roles at Aramco from September 2017 to October 2021, including Maintenance Engineer and Acting Group Leader within the Fire Protection Department. Notable achievements include implementing the Failure Reporting Analysis and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) to enhance asset reliability and leading the Continuous Improvement Program for Johns Hopkins Aramco HealthCare. Ahmad's educational background includes an Engineer's Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals and credentials from Harvard Business School Online. Additionally, Ahmad co-founded Jaly, a social entrepreneurship initiative aimed at reshaping perceptions of Arabic culture.
