Jeanne Kerr, SPHR, HCS, SWP, is an experienced leader in Human Resources and Organizational Development, currently serving as Director of Culture and OD Consulting at Ideal Outcomes, Inc. since January 2019. Jeanne is also the Principal at Talent Insight Group, LLC, providing strategic human capital solutions to mid-market corporate and non-profit organizations, and has held multiple roles including Major Accounts and OD Consultant at Dale Carnegie Associates and Senior Faculty Partner at the Human Capital Institute. Past experience includes significant positions at Coca-Cola Enterprises and Mastercraft Cabinets, where Jeanne drove organizational effectiveness through innovative talent management and performance culture initiatives. Jeanne holds a Master's degree in Adult Education from Columbia University Teachers College and a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics and Psychology from Stony Brook University.
