Karen Guzicki

Karen Guzicki is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in organizational development and advisory services. Currently serving as VP of Advisory Services and a Senior Faculty Member at the Human Capital Institute since September 2017, Karen delivers research-based content to HR professionals to enhance their business strategies. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of Guzicki Group, LLC, from 2003 to August 2023, Karen provided expert consulting services. Previous roles include Co-Founder at Watershed, Senior Talent Management Consultant at Herman Miller, and Organizational Development Manager at Meijer. Karen holds a Master's degree in Management with a focus on Organizational Development from Aquinas College and a Bachelor's degree in Human Services/Psychology from Bethel College.
