Stephen Weltz

Stephen Weltz has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Stephen started as a Human Resource and Organizational Development Intern at Aflac Insurance in 2013. Later that year, they worked as a Research Analyst-Contractor at Apex Performance. In 2013, they also served as a Quantitative Data Analyst at Claremont Evaluation Center and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for Statistics at Claremont Graduate University. In 2013 and 2014, they worked as an Organizational Consultant at Patton State Hospital, California. Stephen then joined the Human Capital Management Institute in 2014 and held multiple roles, including Consulting Intern, Workforce Analytics Consultant, and currently as a Workforce Analytics Manager since August 2017.

Stephen Weltz received their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Organizational Behavior and Evaluation from Claremont Graduate University. Stephen attended the university from 2012 to 2014.
