Marnice D Miller

Marnice D Miller is the President/CEO of Human Capital Resources and Concepts (HCRC) since February 2015. Prior to this, Marnice worked as a Sr Human Resources Consultant at Defense Intelligence Agency, a Sr Program Manager in Human Resources at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, and as a Sr Administrative Officer in Human Resources at Defense Intelligence Agency. Marnice also served as a Program Manager in HR at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. Marnice holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Park University.
