Junyi Zheng

Junyi Zheng is a Senior Associate at HUMAN CAPITAL, specializing in talent management since October 2024. Previously, Junyi held dual roles at Watershed from March 2022 to October 2024 as a Technical Sourcer and University Recruiter, focusing on engineering sourcing and scaling the engineering university recruiting program. Junyi began at Watershed as the first recruiting coordinator, expanding the team to four and establishing the engineering university recruiting program. Prior experience includes serving as the sole Recruiting Coordinator at cLabs, supporting global recruiters and successfully hiring ten interns. Additional roles include Engagement and Events Program Manager at the Environmental Grantmakers Association, where Junyi produced conferences on environmental philanthropy, and administrative positions at UC Berkeley School of Information and Cal Performances. Junyi holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Economics and Policy with a minor in Sustainable Design from the University of California, Berkeley.
