Phillip Mitsuoka is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in technical recruitment and team building within the technology sector. Currently serving as Principal, Talent at Human Capital since November 2022, Phillip focuses on empowering technology builders and collaborating with founders of impactful companies like Brex, Commure, and Snowflake. Previously, Phillip held roles at OpenSea as a Recruiter and at Okta, Inc. and Cruise as a Senior Technical Recruiter, where responsibilities included hiring Engineering Managers and developing engineering teams for advanced AI and machine learning applications.
