Tamra Kobilca

Tamra Kobilca has a diverse work experience in various industries. Tamra started their career in 2014 as a Graphic Designer & Office Manager at E. Formella and Sons, Inc, where they managed foodservice and retail websites, generated brand awareness through designing marketing materials, and managed the label program. In 2015, they worked as a Recruitment Coordinator at Avaap, formerly known as Falcon Consulting Group, where they supported the Director of Marketing in designing marketing materials, generating original content, managing social media, executing marketing campaigns, and planning events.

In 2017, Tamra joined Connect Search, LLC as a Senior Recruiter, where they utilized their extensive network to establish relationships with Illinois' top employers in the fields of Information Technology, Finance & Accounting, Administrative, and Executive Search. Tamra then moved to Real Staffing in 2018 and held multiple roles, including Senior Recruitment Consultant and later, Senior Client Relationship Manager for the Medical Device Engineering Technology Division. In these roles, they managed client relationships across the Midwest, specializing in staffing for various technical areas such as R&D, Design, Manufacturing, and Software, among others.

Most recently, Tamra joined Human Care Group in 2020 as an Account Manager. Here, they contribute to the company's mission of providing premium products in patient care, including walking aids, safe patient handling products, healthcare beds, medical equipment, and furniture. Their responsibilities include managing accounts and ensuring caregiver safety remains a priority throughout the patient care process.

Tamra Kobilca earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Graphic Design from Saint Xavier University, completing their studies from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification in Human Factors and Ergonomics Society from THE HUMAN FACTORS & ERGONOMICS SOCIETY in March 2019.
