Valeria Romano

Valeria Romano has extensive experience in financial management and auditing. Currently serving as the Financial Consolidation and Tax Manager at Human Company since January 2021, Valeria is responsible for preparing the consolidated IFRS financial statements for the group. Prior to this role, Valeria worked at KPMG SPA from October 2012 to January 2021 as a Consolidation Specialist, where responsibilities included auditing public and private entities and supervising audit teams. Valeria's experience also includes a position as an intern in the Administration Office at Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena, focusing on general accounting with SAP software, as well as involvement in loan and mortgage services at Banca Popolare di Vicenza. Valeria holds a Master's Degree in Economics and Management of Financial Intermediaries from Università di Siena, obtained between 2008 and 2011.
