Human Connection Initiative (HCI) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to connecting self and community through movement and mindfulness.

We believe meaningful human connection is essential to individual and collective well-being. Through yoga, mindfulness, movement, wellness experiences, and community programs, we create opportunities for people to reconnect with themselves and with one another.

Our programs serve a variety of communities, including older adults, transitional living residents, community groups, and individuals seeking greater connection in their lives.

Built on a legacy of community connection dating back to 2010, HCI continues that work through accessible experiences that foster physical, emotional, and social well-being.
