Charlie Madier

Charlie Madier is a Senior Human Factors Engineer and Deputy Director for the Aerospace Team at Human Design Group, where over 60 experts collaborate on user experience and human factors. With prior experience as a Human Factors Consultant at Bertin Technologies, Charlie contributed to innovative projects including cockpit designs for civil aircraft and augmented reality applications for infantry. Charlie also served as Head of the Human Factors team in SESAR at DSNA, focusing on validation strategies and team management, while representing DSNA on HMI topics. Charlie holds an engineering degree in Ergonomics, Human Factors, and related fields from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Cognitique, completed in 2009.
