Dominique Soler is the Président Directeur Général and Founder of Human Design Group, established in 1978, specializing in human factors engineering in Europe. Since July 2018, Dominique has led initiatives to optimize human activity as a strategic value in innovation and operational efficiency. Additionally, Dominique serves as Président of the École Nationale Supérieure de Cognitique, contributing to high-level training in human factors for competitive system transformation. As a member of the Comité d'Orientation Scientifique et Stratégique at the Institut Carnot Cognition, Dominique helps integrate 21 CNRS research laboratories in cognitive sciences. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Bertin Technologies and Bertin Ergonomie, with over 25 years facilitating strategic user-centered innovation for major corporations. Educational background includes degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Cognitive Ergonomics from esteemed institutions.
