Laura Lux is an ergonome with extensive experience in various aeronautical and industrial contexts. Currently working at Human Design Group since July 2019, Laura collaborates with the Airbus Propulsion Integration & Innovation Centre on projects related to future propulsion systems. Previous roles include ergonomics analysis at LATESYS, quality engineering for Airbus at ALTEN Technology, and ergonomic internships at Zodiac Aerosafety Systems. Laura holds a degree from the University of Technology of Belfort-Montbéliard, where involvement in quality perception projects was highlighted. Laura has a solid foundation in analyzing and improving ergonomic processes across multiple organizations, supporting design and implementation of innovative solutions.
