Angela Webb-Milinkovich

Angela Webb-Milinkovich is an experienced mental health practitioner currently employed at the Human Development Center since August 2017. Prior to this role, Angela completed an internship at Community Action Duluth, contributing to the Bridge to Employment and Connect Forward teams. Previous work experience includes serving as a delivery driver at Pizza Luce and as a consumer advocate at UnitedHealth Group from 2007 to 2014. Angela holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from The College of St. Scholastica and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
