Human Development Center
Theresa Gogins is an experienced mental health professional with a strong background in outpatient therapy and case management. Currently serving as an Outpatient Therapist at the Human Development Center since July 2019, Theresa conducts diagnostic assessments and therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Previous experience includes an Outpatient Therapist Intern role at Lake Superior Community Health Center and a Case Manager position at Pinnacle Services, Inc., where Theresa managed a large caseload and developed service plans to address clients' psycho-social needs. Education includes a Master's degree in Social Work from The College of St. Scholastica and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Bethel University.
