Jasmine Oquendo

Jasmine Oquendo, MS, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Director of Human Resources at Human Development Services of Westchester, Inc. since March 2020. Jasmine began a career in human resources after working as a Marketing Assistant at the Office of the Bronx Borough President from January 2005 to April 2006. Educational achievements include a Doctor of Education - EdD in Executive Leadership from St. John Fisher University, a Master of Science in Human Resources Management & Organizational Effectiveness from Manhattanville College, and a Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from City University of New York-Herbert H. Lehman College.
