Fadela Hilali is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development, coaching, and consultancy. Currently serving as a Senior Leadership Development Consultant at Human Edge and Founder of The Confidence Bootcamp, Fadela specializes in helping professionals overcome self-doubt and build confidence. Previous roles include Coach, Speaker, and Author at Prayanas, where tailored learning and development training sessions were designed, and Senior Consultant at Sevenhill Group.
