Nasheed Kulay currently serves as Director of Digital Customer Experience at Baker Hughes since October 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing web development and enhancing digital user engagement. Prior roles include Director of User Experience at Baker Hughes, leading research and design initiatives in energy technology, and various positions at Human Factors International, including CUA/CXA Trainer and AVP of UX Delivery, managing UX projects and client interactions. As the Founder and Partner of Emovez Visual Communication from April 2000 to August 2016, Nasheed gained extensive experience in design and consulting. Previous design consulting experience includes working with high-profile firms such as Pfizer, IBM Global Services, and American Express Technology. Nasheed's education includes a Fine Art degree from Sir J. J. School of Art and a diploma in Design and Applied Arts from the Institute of Applied Art, Matunga.
