The Human Formation Coalition (HFC) believes that forming disciples requires intentional integration of all four dimensions of formation; Human, Spiritual, Intellectual, and Pastoral/Vocational. We awaken leaders to a vision of faith formation that integrates all four dimensions by focusing heavily on Human Formation which is often the most underserved dimension of formation.
