Elicia McDonald

Elicia McDonald is a seasoned venture capital professional currently serving as a Partner at Airtree since October 2016, focusing on supporting Australian and New Zealand founders in building technology companies. In addition to this role, Elicia is a Partner at The Fund and a Board Member at Kismet and Abyss Solutions Pty Ltd. Other positions include Board Observer at Reejig and previously held board roles with HotDoc, :Different, and Regrow Ag. Elicia’s career began at LinkedIn, where as an Enterprise Relationship Manager from July 2013 to October 2016, valuable experience was gained in social recruiting and mentoring. Elicia holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with First Class Honours and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Finance from the University of Sydney, and attended MLC School in Sydney.
