Christopher Baca is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in staffing analysis and management. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst at Human Interest since October 2022, Christopher has developed staffing models for multiple departments to assist leadership in data-driven decision-making. Prior experience at T. Rowe Price spanned nearly a decade, during which roles included AVP | Senior Analyst, Workforce Analyst, Supervisor, Processing Associate, and Participant Service Center Representative, each role contributing to substantial improvements in forecasting accuracy and team performance.
