Monique Perez is an experienced executive assistant with a diverse background in administrative support across various industries. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the CFO and CRO at Human Interest since April 2024, Monique previously held roles at Typeface as an Office Manager and Administrative Assistant, where responsibilities included general administrative tasks and office management. At Backblaze, Monique supported multiple executives, including the Co-Founder, VP of Sales, and CMO, while also stepping in for the Senior Executive Assistant. Earlier experience includes supporting the Interim CEO/President and the VP/CFO/COO at Sears. Monique holds a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, along with a Certificate of Competency for Seamen from Tall Ships Semester at Sea and a High School Diploma from Mercy High School in San Francisco.
