Karina Alatorre

Karina Alatorre is an experienced professionals in the field of human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at Human Quality since May 2014, Karina has expertise in talent attraction and development. Prior experience includes the role of Jefe Capital Humano and Encargado de Reclutamiento at Soriana from December 2010 to September 2013. Karina holds an MBA in Recursos Humanos from Tec Milenio Cumbres (2014 - 2016) and a Licenciatura in Psicología Conductual from UANL Facultad de Psicología (2004 - 2009).
