Jennifer Brock serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Human Resource Dimensions (HRD), a full-service human capital consultancy established in 1991. Since joining HRD in 2006, Jennifer has progressed through various leadership roles, including COO & Partner and Vice President of Search and Staffing. Additionally, Jennifer is an active member of Vistage Worldwide, Inc., the largest CEO peer advisory organization, where participation focuses on enhancing business decisions and community impact. Jennifer's prior experience includes serving as Secretary on the Board of Directors for the Jefferson Park Neighborhood Association and as an Account Manager at Price & Partners. Academic credentials include a B.S. in Business Management and Marketing from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business.

Clark Consulting, with a single mission: to identify the most talented HR professionals in the country for our clients' hiring needs. As our firm evolved, so did our mission. It became clear that the job didn't stop when the candidate was hired. In 2008 we launched a comprehensive HR Consultancy to support our clients retention and development needs. In 2020 we added Talent Optimization to our offering to fully support our clients' organizational development, effectiveness and engagement.
