Bassam Alderan

Bassam Alderan is an experienced professional in human resources and training, currently serving as the Regional Director at the Human Resources Development Fund in KSA since November 2016, where responsibilities include setting goals and operational plans for regional branches. Previously, Bassam held various roles in notable institutions such as Director of the Scholarship & Training Department at Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Medical City, where operational procedures for scholarship programs were established, and as the Director of the Training & Scholarship Department at King AbdulAziz Specialist Hospital. Bassam founded the Capitals High Institute for Training & Education and served as CEO of nufud, focusing on team building and management. With a strong educational foundation including an Executive MBA from King Abdulaziz University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Liverpool, Bassam demonstrates a commitment to enhancing human resource practices and training initiatives.
