Rayan Samman is a results-driven leader specializing in customer experience transformation and human-centered care. With a strong background in marketing, Rayan co-led significant marketing strategies for government projects in Saudi Arabia during their tenure at Elixir Business Consultancy from 2011 to 2013. They have held various leadership roles, including Guest Experience Director at Al Salama Hospital and Group Chief Experience Officer at Saudi German Health, and currently serve as Customer Excellence Director at the Human Resources Development Fund. Rayan is also a board member of Make-A-Wish KSA, where they contribute to impactful initiatives. They are pursuing further education at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, expected to conclude in 2025.
