Samer Alrayyan

Samer ALRayyan currently serves as the Deputy Director General for the Customer Service Sector and Deputy Director General for the National Labor Observatory at the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) in Saudi Arabia, a position held since January 2016. In this role, Samer ALRayyan oversees a comprehensive customer care operation across 95 branches and a high-volume call center. Additionally, Samer ALRayyan is a member of the Board of Directors at MALAZ Capital Company. Previous experience includes serving as the Deputy Chief Strategy Officer and various leadership roles at The Saudi Investment Bank, where responsibilities included long-range strategic planning and investor relations. Samer ALRayyan also has board experience with Saudi ORIX Leasing Company and Alistithmar Capital. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of San Diego and completion of the Graduate School of Retail Banking Management at Furman University.
