Claire Vincent

Claire Vincent is a skilled professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational research. Currently serving as a Manager and Senior Staff Scientist at the Human Resources Research Organization (HumRRO) since August 2021, Claire previously held the role of Executive Vice President of Operations at Global Skills X-Change from May 2008 to August 2021. Throughout Claire's tenure at Global Skills X-Change, leadership roles included Senior Director of Strategic Productivity Initiatives, Director of Measurement & Workforce Analysis, and Practice Lead, contributing significantly to the design and implementation of research initiatives focused on workforce capabilities. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant to Protocol and Management Offices at the U.S. Embassy in Australia and holding analyst and consulting positions in various organizations.
