Glen Wallace

Glen Wallace is a Senior Scientist at the Human Resources Research Organization (HumRRO) with three years of experience in convention and computer adaptive testing (CAT), focusing on operational and research activities. Glen has developed a suite of psychometric tools using the programming language R and has provided training to staff in their application. Previously, Glen served as a Research Scientist and Ph.D. Candidate in Linguistics at the University of California, Davis, where dissertation work applied item response theory and natural language processing to enhance language assessment. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Teacher at Training Express, an English Teacher in Madrid and at Junta de Andalucía, and as a Junior Drafter at Bruner/Cott. Glen holds a Ph.D. in Applied Linguistics from the University of California, Davis, along with multiple degrees in linguistics and literature from prominent institutions.
