John Dobson is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the technology and development sectors. Currently serving at the Human Resources Research Organization (HumRRO) since November 2022, John continues to leverage skills gained from previous roles, including software engineer at RedSail Technologies, LLC, and senior software developer and product analyst at Custom Data Processing Inc. Additionally, John owned and operated Grimm's Designs, a sole proprietorship specializing in web design. Prior to these positions, John held various roles at the Kentucky Administrative Office of the Courts, progressing through data entry, statistical analysis, and application development management. John holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Eastern Kentucky University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Kentucky.
