Kimberly Acree Adams

Kimberly Acree Adams, PhD, is an experienced professional in the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a robust background in leadership and talent management. Currently serving as a Manager at the Human Resources Research Organization (HumRRO) since November 2021, Kimberly oversees project assignments, supports professional development, and ensures strategic alignment with corporate initiatives. Kimberly previously held senior roles at HumRRO and LeadPath Solutions, focusing on career coaching and personal transformation. From 1998 to 2018, Kimberly worked at the American Institutes for Research in various capacities, including Principal I/O Psychology Researcher and Senior Research Scientist.
