Director Of Communications, Strategic Initiatives at Human Rights Campaign

Aryn Fields has diverse work experience in the field of communications and public relations. Starting in 2016, Aryn worked for the U.S. House of Representatives, where they began as a Press Intern before progressing to the roles of Press Assistant and ultimately Press Secretary. In 2018, Aryn joined Tracy Mitrano for Congress as the Communications Director. The following year, they joined Royce West for US Senate (D-TX) as a Senior Communications & Media Advisor. Aryn then transitioned to the Human Rights Campaign, where they held several roles, including Press Secretary, Foundation; Senior Press Secretary; and most recently, Deputy Director of Communications, Strategic Initiatives since November 2022. Aryn's experiences have been characterized by their strong communication skills and strategic approach to advancing organizational goals.

Aryn Fields has a Master's Degree in Political Communications from American University, which was completed between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Government-Journalism from California State University-Sacramento, graduating between 2012 and 2016. In 2015, Aryn spent a semester studying abroad in Parliament at Richmond, The American International University in London, but no specific degree was mentioned for this experience.
