Chris Speron

Christopher Speron has over two decades of service with HRC, having held several roles including Director of Events, Capital Campaign Director, and Development Director before being named SVP. In his role, Chris collaborates with an incredible team of fundraising professionals and volunteer leaders across the nation to generate financial resources, opportunities and visibility to the work of HRC, in the service of advancing equality. Together, the Development and Membership Department raises the funds to support the work of HRC, the HRC Foundation as well as the funding for advocacy and direct political work. Prior to joining HRC, Chris attended The George Washington University earning a BA and Master of Public Administration, and worked there for six years prior to joining the HRC team.
