Molly Whitehorn has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.
Starting in 2013, Molly worked as an Intern at Goner Records, where they compiled press reports, assisted with merchandise sales, and promoted the label's music festival. Molly continued their internship work at The Recording Academy in 2014, where they wrote weekly articles and helped plan events.
In 2014, Molly also interned at Ardent Studios, where they assisted with social media and sales, and utilized Hootsuite for scheduling posts.
From 2015 to 2016, Molly worked as a Legal Assistant at Haworth Coleman & Gerstman, LLC, where they drafted legal documents and electronically filed them through the New York Unified Court System. Molly also gained legal experience as a Legal Intern at Holland & Associates, PLLC, assisting with writing legal documents and attending court consultations.
In 2016, Molly joined the Ohio Democratic Party as a Field Organizer. Molly played a vital role in recruiting, training, and managing volunteers for canvassing, phone banking, and voter registration efforts. Molly contributed to Secretary Clinton's victory in Franklin County and directed the Get Out the Vote effort.
Molly then worked as a Regional Program Director at Locust Street Group from February to August 2017. Molly coordinated community events to promote EmblemHealth's Medicare plans, built relationships with key individuals for event bookings, and independently organized and promoted events in Westchester County.
At For Our Future, Molly served as a Field Organizer from September to November 2017. Their responsibilities included canvassing, recording and reporting information through VoteBuilder, and contributing to victories in various counties through persuasion conversations and get-out-the-vote efforts.
In 2018, Molly started their journey at the Human Rights Campaign as a Regional Organizing Lead, focusing on LGBT-rights advocacy. Molly successfully recruited and retained over 100 volunteers, organized door-knocking and phone call campaigns to mobilize LGBTQ+ voters, and formed relationships with grassroots leaders and politicians to plan community events and fundraisers.
Molly's dedication and expertise led their to the roles of Senior Regional Organizing Lead, Campaign Manager, Senior Campaign Manager, and most recently, Associate Regional Campaign Director at the Human Rights Campaign. In their current role, they develop and executes campaign plans, plans and supervises communications and field campaigns, and establishes partnerships for electoral work.

Molly Whitehorn attended Little Rock Central High School from 2007 to 2011. Molly then went on to Rhodes College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Literature from 2011 to 2015.
