Nicholas Winchester

Nicholas Winchester has a diverse work experience in various human resources and recruitment roles. Nicholas currently works as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at the Human Rights Campaign, starting in October 2022. Prior to this, they were a Recruitment Specialist at The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights from April 2022 to October 2022.

Nicholas also has experience at the Human Rights Campaign, where they held multiple roles. Nicholas served as an HR Generalist/Recruiter from April 2021 to April 2022, a Human Resources Coordinator from November 2019 to April 2021, and a Human Resources Assistant from November 2018 to November 2019.

Before their time at the Human Rights Campaign, Nicholas worked at Keepers Staffing as a Business Operations Partner from February 2018 to October 2018, and as a Recruiter (Associate Partner) from January 2018 to February 2018.

Nicholas'searlier work experience includes serving as an Assistant Manager of Human Resources & Recruitment at JCPenney from April 2011 to May 2016, and as a Sales Lead at American Eagle Outfitters from May 2010 to February 2011.

Nicholas Winchester obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature/Communications Studies from Indiana University Bloomington.
