Sofia Rivera Negron is an accomplished professional specializing in campaigns, communications, and policy advocacy, currently serving as Senior Manager for Campaigns and Communications as well as Senior Manager for Policy and Political Affairs at the Human Rights Campaign since November 2023. Previously, Sofia held roles as a Public Affairs Associate at Locust Street Group, a bilingual Paralegal at Weisbrod Matteis & Copley PLLC, and an Executive Assistant at the Local Initiatives Support Corporation, among other positions.
